I bet a lot of us grew up with the "Did you say 'The Sinner's Prayer'" theology. Can someone please find that "sinner's prayer" for me in Scripture? I mean seriously, could you? Because I would be happy to know where it started and/or came from.

There was more teaching in security of a date than there was a changed life, hatred of sin, a continuous walk with Christ.

Unfortunately I used that false security of a date to commit a whole bunch of ugly sin of which I carry the consequences for always.

Have they been forgiven? Oh yes!! But that doesn't mean I don't get my toys taken away!

I pray that all of you are truly born again and have the security of a continuous walk with Jesus.
