I wonder if you are reading this and thinking, "Good grief (well, you're not thinking that because you're waaaaaay more hip than me - so whatever nice-not-expletive hip people say), it's 7:30 on Saturday night. Shouldn't you be doing something with your fam?
Because that's probably what I would say.
Because I'm Judge Judgerson.
Seriously. What IS my problem?
So sometimes when I am leaving a comment on someone else's blog or writing on my own, I feel as though I need to try to work in the fact that my husband is at work. And this is technically not a weekend for us.
Maybe something like, "Hey! Funny story! Looks like you had a great time! Wish I were having a great time, but since my husband works 10 hour shifts on Saturday, sometimes 16 hour (like today,)it's just a regular day. Yep, Schyler and I have done a little school stuff, cleaned, all the everyday things. So you see, I'm not neglecting my family by being on the computer. No sir, not me."
Maybe I could copy and paste that all over Blogville.
Okay, so that is not at all what I was going to post about, but now if I do my other post it will be way to long and you're already cursing me for wasting this much of your time...
Well, come back tomorrow. I 'll have something profound then.

you crack me up! my hubby used to work every single weekend too. i was so irritated when i'd see couples hanging out together on a saturday... "must be nice" became my favorite weekend phrase. hang in there girl. we're proof that it won't last forever.
Jennifer, you crack me up! I NEVER look at when and what time people leave a comment. Probably because I'm too overjoyed that someone left one! You're a mess!
