Since we've been back there have been an amazing amount of chores to do. Here's what happened when I sent Schyler to wash out the garbage can and coolers that we used -

Yes mam, that is me cooking cornbread over the campfire. And no. There will not be an after picture so don't even ask.
At our house, this is evidence of a good day camping.
And this could be evidence of the missing link. These are NOT a credit to my faith. This is why church leaders ask me to wear closed toe shoes.

I'm glad y'all had fun, and plenty of adult time! That makes everything better :)
I'm glad you "survived" your camping experience. It is so much fun, but it takes days to catch up with laundry, etc. when you get home.
It's a good thing the kids like it so much! If it weren't for them, I would most definitely be a "Lodge Mom" ALL the time.
