Is there a support group for that?

Did y'all see DebbieLynne's comment: "Okay, the S & you know cracked me up. You're a warped woman...but so am I." ? Now whatever could she mean by that? You know surprisingly, I get that a lot. That exact word - warped. Hmmm...

Anyway, you can use the link up there to her blog. She lives in Boston and she and her hubs enjoy the history so she has a lot of resources pertaining to American history linked up on her blog. Hint, hint, fellow homeschoolers. She also has some great commentary on her personal Bible study and other topics. All that plus the fact that she just seems to be a really cool person!

Also I won a fab-you-luuuus giveaway!! You know I have been lamenting over my shampoo failures. Well, Heidi did a shampoo giveaway featuring her ingredients and I won! I can NOT wait to get it and try it out. I will be sure to let you all know how it goes. Thanks Heidi!

IT'S A YUCKY RAINY DAY HERE and I keep hitting the caps lock key by mistake and I am too tired of going back and retyping, so sorry. I know I should actually learn how to type correctly so I can look at what I am typing, but not gonna happen.

So anyway, I finally snapped and told the kids to go outside and play in the mud.

My daughter said, "Gee mom. you never tell us to do that."

So I said, all cool like, "Is there some rule about not playing in perfectly good mud?"

They figured they better get while the getting was good and they were out the door in record time.

Sweet victory.

hahah its the most sure win you'll ever have in a giveaway as you were half of the enteries! lol

And I'm too tired half the time to actually go back and re-read my posts before hitting enter. So I know how you feel. You don't know how many times have to to back and click 'edit' when I find the mistakes later when I re-read after its posted and I'm actually more awake. lol

You know you're the coolest mom ever because you TOLD the kids to play in the mud. You know that, don't you?

Enjoy it while they're little. They don't fall for that during the teenage years!

Thanks for plugging my blog, Jennifer!

When I was eight, my mom asked me to water the flower bed. I got intrigued with how the water interacted with the dirt, so I deliberately made mud. Then I thought of how mud baths were supposed to make ladies beautiful, so I spread it all over me.

Then my mom found me. Not cool...
