For some reason I saved this last Friday and didn't post it. I know, shocker. How could I mess up something so simple? I can give you a dozen reasons.
So we had a fun day today. The Fave got to go spend the day with her very Favorite Cousin. Which is double good because she gets to visit with Granny and Granddaddy, too. Also Whiskers has become another good attraction.
While she was there I put up some peppers, made some Bread and Butter jalapenos (I'll let you know), and almost cut my finger off. Oh yeah, I did. I can't even begin to tell you how painful it is. I am so thankful it is on my left hand, because I'm right handed.
The three of us went to get ice cream then supper - in that order. I know. Best day ever, right? So after ice cream we were contemplating our supper choices. Mexican was pretty logical because
A)I love it.
B)It's cheap.
C)It was right next door.
However Favorite Cousin A put a stop to that quickly because Mexican is waaaaay to fancy. We ended up with Chinese. That Favorite Cousin A. She has a way with words...

Bless her heart. A mexican resturant that is too fancy! Maybe we need to get her out more :)
