I mean come on. My kid thinks this is NORMAL! Oh dear. This was actually his very first car, a Monte Carlo. He, his father, and an uncle rebuilt it together. His father passed away when he was 18 so it has sentimental value. He is glad to have it back to play with again and I am glad for him.
Here are some lovely wildflowers we planted last year that look really great this year. Last year they looked like a bunch of tall weeds.
Here is our "banana moth". The Officer found the cocoon laying on the ground so we kept it in a jar without a lid (of course). Every day I had awful thoughts of waking to a gigantic man-eating moth attacking me out of a sound slumber, but alas, it never made me find a more suitable home for him. Anyway, he broke out and found his way to my bamboo - maybe he's of Asian descent.
