So last night was the first sleep over at our house! Can I tell you that there were some excited girls here. My favorite girl invited her favorite cousin and they did ALL the girl stuff:
giggling, squealing, entertaining us with plays and shows, did I mention giggling, crafts, squealing, giggling, oh yes and make-overs which of course resulted in more giggling.
Please don't miss the fact that the huge giraffe also got a make-over, just in the form of balloons on it's head. See how the chairs are all lined up and everyone had to wait for their turn. I was last.
They wrapped up the night with a bubble bath complete with paint on body soaps that Teacher Aunt gave them. Teacher Aunt is a retired teacher so she has the down-low on what little girls like and always gives the best gifts.
After that we made burritos for supper which favorite cousin stated, "are just like tacos". Then it was most definitely bed time [insert angels singing]. We read a devotion for little kids and let me tell you, these girls had quite a deep theological discussion about temples, towers, and angels. Smart little girls we have here.
Bonus being that I figured out if there is anything I need babe to do outside all I have to do is allow a sleep over! He got the refrigerator cleaned out, he went and bought a few groceries. What a guy! He's the best!
Can't wait to do it again!

Abbie sure did have fun! She talked about all day.
I'm with Brandon - safest to be outside during an invasion like that.
