Week In Review

Favorite has set up her own desk here next to mine. Isn't it neat and organized? Pretty much nothing like mine. I like for it to be neat and organized, but it doesn't stay that way for long.

Here is a lovely picture of the dirt in the bottom of my tub after Fave and friend played outside for about, oh, ten minutes.

This is the friend and our new pet caterpillar. The object of their mutual desire. They pretty much fought over it the whole time until I threatened to cut him in half. Yes, I see the spoon in the mouth. We luuuuuuv "Dark Chocolate Dreams" which is a dark chocolate and peanut butter mix made by The All Natural Peanut Butter Company. It is super yummy and you can get it at The Wal-Marks.

The Fave in her Easter finery. You know she is still in her soft- clothes- only- and- no- dresses- phase so this was our compromise. Not bad. You may not be able to see the gargatuan jewel stud in the center of the bow but it is important to know that it is there in order to fully appreciate next pic.

Mema and Bebop came over Saturday night and brought a basket full of gifts which included these - yes these, not this, because there are not one, but three ginormous rings which she wore to church.

Finally at Best Granny and Best Granddaddy's for some fantabulous cookin' and playin'. And of course checking out the local wildlife.

First time ever in a swing. And woohoo!

The Officer hid eggs for the girls and even included a money egg. Wooooo. What got in to him? He was so nice. Just kidding. He's a pretty nice guy.

And here is some of the local wildlilfe vying for that money egg.

Nothing like inspecting dinner. Just kidding...that is Pearl. Pretty much a pet, but she gives an occasional egg in exchange for her life.

The universal sign of the end of a wonderful day. Note that A) She is still holding on to basket and B) It only takes us about 10 minutes to get home!

Did they actually find all of the eggs? We'd occasionally find one the following year - scary prospect for real eggs.
