When I was in high school, some guys would wear their pants down so their underwear would show. This was called "busting a sag". Well, one day the principal came over the intercom system and announced that any young men "busting a swag" would face hard time. My friends and I still recall that announcement with raucous laughter. It was a great day to be a high schooler.
