Nothing says fall quite like a makeshift pumpkin patch on every corner! Our co-op group went to a local one, Shadow Lake Pumpkin Patch. It really is fun and it is put on by the church where I grew up, so I enjoy seeing all the people I haven't seen since last year's PP (guess I may want to rethink that abbreviation).

They did a fun little interactive story time.

Of course, face painting. Doesn't everyone associate rainbows and ladybugs with fall?

Logan got to come for a little while, so that was fun. He's quite a social butterfly. She says his name kind of like "Loge-ing" and I think she may think that is his name.

When have you ever seen a pumpkin patch growing that you didn't see huge blow-up things to jump on? Especially when the pumpkins grow nice and clean on top of pallets so they won't rot underneath.
While my child was working hard to see if she could break several bones at once, I was sitting on a bench talking to another mom while sipping a nice, overly sweet, powdered apple cider mix. Aaahhhh. All the sights, sounds, and smells of fall wrapped up in one!
Read on, I have 3 posts today!! All with pictures!! Yes, you're right, she must be napping!
